Because of the strict environmental rules at world level, the energy sector has been suffering over a few months a process of transformation, which witnessed a strong development of renewable energy sources and technologies to fight against the climate-altering and polluting emissions.

Thanks to the synergy between know-how and innovation, Emulsion Power achieved high quality standards in the production of additives and advanced mixing systems, which ensure significant advantages both in environmental and in economic terms.

Thanks to the investments in research and development, the company produced several emulsifying equipment called “e-box” and ACL series additives used to create stable and on demand emulsions, by using different liquid fuels available on the market for industrial, automotive and heating purposes. The software remote control and the plant layout analysis accomplish the effectiveness of solutions proposed by Emulsion Power by allowing to the production process to take place in the most suitable modes and times.

The products:

• Series of Stable Box Blenders for the production of stable W/O (water in oil) emulsion of outstanding quality both with diesel (Diesel series) and fuel oil (HFO series);
• Series of On-Demand Box emulsifiers, in the three variables On-Demand Box VEGreen – using vegetable oil, On-Demand Box H – using fuel oil. They represent an economically advantageous solution that is easy to put in place to reduce harmful emission and consumptions in industrial plants and boilers, big generators of current and naval engines;

• ACL additives: a series of additives that meet the plant designed and installed for each customer. Every single equipment and hydrocarbon needs a dedicated additive, according to the normative and customer needs. At the moment the variety of ACL additives is composed of: ACD series – dedicates to diesel emulsions, ACH series – dedicates to fuel oil emulsions, ACF series – dedicated to vegetable oil emulsions;
• Witnesses of the absolute flexibility of the company are the Customized solutions, which are fully modulable according to the specifications required by the customer.
